I’m all in, with hardly any cash. My conundrum is the hodge podge of long/short etf’s on the sheets. However, I prefer to be positioned that way, in order to time my sells. In other words, into a rally, I will let go of my upside etf’s, while holding the inverses. When I am 100% convinced of a breakdown, I will take the proceeds and average in.
This is a very delicate trade, which requires plutonium powered time machines and space alien machine swagger.
Don’t try this shit at home. You will get merc’d.

The NYC Port Authority got no bids in its $300 million bond auction today. Do not ignore this as idle hucklebuck, if there even is such a thing. If the NYC Port Authority can’t raise money, no one can. And I mean no one.
Here’s the facts:
“The Fly” was long equities, due to “The Turkey Gods,” not for some sort of bottoming out rally. Fuck that. We are going into year two of the recession and, thus far, there have been zero signs of a respite. As a matter of fact, things have gotten far worse—more than I could have ever imagined.
So, the choice is yours. You can get long, like a fucktarded homo asshat, into a gut wrenching -6% 4th qt. GDP— or fade this rally and come out the other end like a fucking victorious gladiator.
Remember, the beginning of every new year sets the tone for the calender year. If you recall, we got plastered in the first two weeks of January of 2008; and I fucking nailed it.. There is no fucking chance we rally up, into the beginning of 2009. No-fucking-chance.
Hence the phrase will reemerge: “The Fly” wins all the time, even when he appears to be losing badly.”

Well yea, Fly investors are waking up to the fact that the Port Authority deserves no fucking bids and more of kick in the balls for being a vested interest operation that deserves to be crunched over and gay reamed.
No one is going to buy their freaking bonds or have them on their books as they’re bad news since the last time they fucked the banks with their perpetual resets several months ago. This is a good thing.
Furthermore why invest in those twerps when C is offering FDIC guarantee on their crap they nicely issued and put to rest today.
The Port Authority needs to be sold and rationalized and all those union fucks fired en masse. That’s what the market is telling us.
Unemployment stats will reach 700,000 in the coming months as to properly equate with previous recession stats. But we all know that.

Hewlett Packard put their bonds away in the last couple of days. Meanwhile C’s infrastructure group/fund did a deal to buy an infrastructure asset somewhere in Europe for 5 billion Euros.

Yesterday’s green finish was forseeable. When futures are down that much premarket, it was bound to happen. Cowards got scared out early. Ballsy, hard driving studs gained. Period.

You asshats don’t have Clue One about stock trading. I told you we had a GENERATIONAL BOTTOM the week ending Nov 20. How did I know this?
1. In the week ending Oct 10 there were 2900 NYSE new LOWS. When the S&P made a new low Nov 20, there were only 1500 new NYSE lows. And Monday there were under a hundred. NYSE new lows (or new highs are a primary market signal. When on a subsequent retest the number drops, WE ARE AT A MAJOR TURNING POINT.
2. On the Nov 20 low, many stocks like XON and CELG were considerably higher than they were on Oct. 10. Signaling they had already BOTTOMED. On the other hand, resource stocks were asymptotically DOWN on Nov 20, stocks like AA, X TSO being 80-90% off their highs. These stocks offered a wonderful buying opportunity.
3. On Nov 20 the pundits and the asshats here were saying “this is a trading market- don’t buy and hold! A dead giveaway they didn’t want you in for the long pull at the GENERATIONAL LOW.
4. All the bad news is IN. We KNOW that unemployment will get worse, earnings will be lousy, and the global economy SUCKS. Governments around the world are pumping money into the system, and interest rates short, intermediate and long here are at RECORD LOWS.
And now you asshats are STILL switching from long to short and back on a daily if not hourly basis when you should be building longer term HOLD positions at the Generational Low.

Generational Bottom – Yes, Treasury rates are at historical lows. But relative to Treasuries – Consumer loan rates, Corporate loan rates, Municipal loan rates are at historical highs – IF they can even borrow. So, the FED has lowered appreciably, yet every single borrower, with the exception of our broken banks, are facing higher loan costs, and an across-the-board unavailability of credit.
The banks are the ONLY beneficiary of lower rates. And they are so fucking swamped in losses that they won’t take advantage of the situation.
Until the FED and TREASURY wake the fuck up, realize this, and put plans in place to resolve these issues – we go nowhere. And don’t count on the TREASURY to understand squat. Paulson is a fucking bald headed, stuttering moron only interested in helping his wall street buddies survive. Fuck the consumer. Fuck corporate America. Fuck the states, cities and other government entities says Paulson. That man is a one person wrecking ball for the US economy.

Its hard for me to get bullish on the dollar with all of the money being injected into the system. I realize the argument that the dollar is stronger in relation to other currencies. But I feel that with these low interst rates and with all of the money being pumped into the system inflation will eventually shoes its ugly head.
In regards to being bearish. I will continue to be bearish until the job picture improves and the VIX decreases. These rallies don’t seem to have a lot of volume behind them, thus I am skeptical.
