you may think stocks are cheap relative to earnings, but wait until everyone misses, and lowers guidence, and can’t make payroll.

However, the stock market held the bulls in the grasp until now, but since the SEC was the 12th man on field, we will resume from current levels, repeat Dow 9500.
All evidence of either a rally is inconclusive.
