What happened today:
Our host pulled the plug on iBC without any kind of warning. What’s more, they refused to answer our “WTF is going on?” emails. It took 5 hours for them to finally acknowledge that they quietly decided to shut us down, ostensibly because we were garnering too much traffic. In fact, the first few responses we got back from them were to the effect of, “there is no problem.”
Can’t make this shit up.
Anyway, I’m currently moving all the files and database tables to a new host, one blog at a time. God willing, I’ll have it all back up before the end of the night.
