Today’s reversal is downright disgusting. Any hopes of a bounce or catching a runner has been destroyed today. The bear is in full effect and it’s time for those waiting for a bounce to capitulate.
The VIX has been pretty tame through this slow motion crash, but I’m betting we see it spike soon as capitulation is just about here. Just when you think the oil & gas sector has seen enough pain, you get moves in stocks like $WLL, CJES, FTK, & CWEI. Nasty.
Pain is everywhere, including my portfolio. The year 2016, although only 19 days in, has been unforgiving.
