Now from looking at the chart above, why would you buy equities here? We are right below the 50 day moving average (Bearish) and we are still not in the deep oversold reading yet (2.20). If we continue to chop here, it will take a while for the system to register a low 2.20 score. So what I would like to see in the near future is another deep sell off to leg back into to equities.

Before I guess, I’d like to say Thanks a Latte for the warnings. I went long at 2.33 or so because I thought.. I’ll be clever and beat everybody to the punch. Since I have not seen a 2.20 or so in so long, I figured it was like a Yeti. Just a myth.
