    PLCE: Downgrade to hold.

    NILE: Reits Hold, but raises target to $50 from $36.

    ATVI: Bottom Line — ATVI remains our top video game software pick for 2009; Reit Buy, $14 target

    Yeah, sorry, I wasn’t involved in it. Just popped up on the radar for bullish options activity and figured it fit the theme seen lately (“small cap insanity”).

    fwiw, the options activity seemed bearish for May expiration (next week), but bullish for June 2.50’s and 5.00’s.
