Watching the action on these healthcare names, it seems that buying low-volume dips is the way to go — buying strength, on the other hand, often leads to the Chopfest Boulevard of Broken Dreams.
PKI (healthcare name) broke out the other day on volume after beating earnings by 20%. It’s retracing on lower volume right now to 28.50. I like it here. Got some at 28.52. Could be good at least for a move up to the mid to high 29s — though I like it further out (the measured move in 30.50 from this channel) if the stock proceeds higher. If the stock closes below 28.22 (previous pivot low), I’m out.
I also got some ZNH as per your call (looks good).
