Beautiful retest in gold prices yesterday. This is a pretty sharp reaction as well.

If you are a bear, you’ve now confirmed your upside reference points.

Conviction day in one of my largest holdings today. I hope you still have some exposure to this stock, as it looks amazing on the longer term timeframes.

If the energy patch continues to stabilize, we might revisit solar in the next few days.

My game plan from last night was that we bounce going into Wednesday, then grind back down to close out the week. I took the opportunity to close out a few Nov positions into this strength and am looking to take on a few more December positions towards the end of the week.

The Russell is diverging again here, which should be noted. We’ll continue to use this as our guide for market direction. In the meantime, the idea of “market of stocks” still applies here.

On the day I have booked Nov calls in BABA, UA and CRTO. I picked up shares of GLUU and a NFLX yolo.

I have my eye on FB, FEYE and MBLY.

I don’t have much of a take on this market today, other than the $RUT hitting our upside price target we discussed in After Hours with Option Addict last night. Thus far, there was a pretty strong reaction from that.

If you don’t have a hedge, it might be a good idea to get one. Or, try on your favorite short idea to balance out longs.

Speaking of which, my 12631 room is chuck full of bearshitters. I need something to short so I can fit in over there. Got any ideas?

This morning I booked gains in SCTY and BLOX calls, while taking on December calls in BABA and MKTO.

The general market will likely trade pretty choppy going into Wednesday, so I might do less between now and then. Ideally, I’d like to find a few more cheap stock plays to keep me engaged for the next two days.
