Last night in After Hours with Option Addict, the call was quite simple. “What is the move tomorrow that screws the most market participants?”
The answer? A sharp drop at the open to stop out yesterday’s dip buyers, and a pause to load up shorts, then a rally into the close. Everyone loses. Except me.
The Russell is leading here. That has been like seeing a unicorn in this environment. Things are looking according to plan, so let’s take advantage.

Lots to watch after close: JAZZ, ZIOP, ZAGG, ACAD, ACHN, ATVI, CBPO, CORT, VRNG, FSLR…I’ll be watching to see if there’s a 15% gainer and loser in the midst. Some would be ideal entries were it not for earnings risk.
This is rough action but the key is that the RUT is holding the lows.

So far, Russell looking great on a weekly chart…bottom bloop if you will, while other major indexes take a breather. Probably due for a rip right after Aug expiry…chop everyone up until then.
