They could nuke 7 Mile in Detroit. That’d get rid of the bad housing and lower the nation’s welfare bill a full 4%.

the treasury dept has already given states up to 435 million dollars each in a program called “Hardest Hit” if you qualify, you can have your mortgage paid up to 2 years.the stipulation, you cant sell your house in that time frame,or you’ll pay back the “free” money. after that, you stay in the house for another 5 years,if you sell anytime in that 5 year period, you will pay back 20% per year, left in that 5 year span…………………… the real fixer here would be for the fed and the treasury to bestow upon the citizens a kickback from energy resources that the country produces, then sells back to us. were are tax paying citizens,if this land belongs to us,the ones flipping the whole bill, then i say we get a share of what rightfully belongs to us in the first place. just like what alaska does, and just like that old guy govenor from california did.everyone in the state got a share back of any surplus the state had. filtering money to places where jackshit gets done, and only certain pockets getting lined, wont do sqwat.

One major end-goal of the Fabian socialists running the show is the elimination of private property rights. They will work this via multiple paths, including environmental legislation.

Once private property ownership is gone, the backbone of the US Constitution is gone, and Fabian socialism will rule the USA.

Very sad. They have been giving up rights of public lands lately for fracking. Drummerboy is right their should be some residual income kickback.
