Yea it is really amazing what you can do by redefining inflation to not include things most people consume… like food and energy. Also another neat trick is that by simply lowering the quantity in packaging (i.e. 200g to 180g) and keeping the price the same, there is no inflation. BRILLIANT!
Is there a difference Cronkite? I mean, granted, it is not the most elaborate con, but it does take a certain kind of brilliance to realize it will go unnoticed on a mass scale and that authorities (LOL) will simply play along.

I was just going to say that. I think the title should read “We no longer have to worry about obsolete measures of inflation.”
I don’t care how it’s measured. Commodities don’t run 100% in a year without significant inflation being felt.
TJWP,
Brilliant or a sign that most people are too dumb to understand that trick….?
