Put it at 50/50 for now. On the one hand leaders are aware of getting ahead of any crisis curve; but on the other hand most of the western world is on vacation. When they get back to work they will have less tools on hand.

they always have been, but now they are in check of losing all power to foreign creditors who will issue political direction…
