You Can Never Defeat Me — Fly Reigns Supreme Over Internet Retards

What a glorious day. Booked 12% in VIOT, +7% in RIOT, then strolled into DAVA and made instant gains. Fuck you and all of your pretend greatness — I practice this in real time here daily — been doing it since 2007.

Over this long weekend, Le Fly intends to mosey down to the south, in search of a home, in order to execute upon his plan at becoming a southern gentleman of extreme proportions. I do not mean that in the girth sense, as I am anything but a barrel ass. However, I intend to extend my alpha dominance south of the Mason Dixon — grow crops amongst other distinguished gents, and smoke my pipe lazily into the hazy late summer afternoon, whilst sipping copious amount of sweet tea.

The only other stocks that I bought today was PD — looks great — really do not see how I can lose. I know this comes across like I’m the only person in America who is making money in the stock market. I get it — everyone is making money; but I am simply making more.

What an interesting week, bookended by the Notre Dame burning and the Mueller report causing a psychosis in the millions of people who were praying upon the altar of misdirection for a resolution to finally, and once and for all, deal with Donald J. Trump. He has his purpose. We all do. Sadly, yours, and to a great extent, my own, is to hate one another.

On the elephant in the room:
    1) It’s good news that Mueller found no direct communication between the Trump team and Russian governement agents in tersm of coordination.
    2) Thanks to the Mueller report, we now know that:
    – Trump *explicitly* tried to fire Mueller (according to Preibus, Bannon, ,McGahn). How is that not Obstruction of Justice?

Do yourself a favor and at least read the Table of Contents on pages 3-7 (Volume I) and pages 209-212 (Volume II).

Also here’s something to ask straight-shooter Mueller:

“Many obstruction cases involve the attempted or actual cover-up of an underlying crime…But proof of such a crime is not an element of an obstruction offense.”
So you have determiend that wheter there was Russian collusino has no relevance to whetehr Obstruction of Justice had taken place.

      You also states:
“Three basic elements are common to most of the relevant obstruction statutes: ( 1) an obstructive act; (2) a nexus between the obstructive act and an official proceeding; and (3) a corrupt intent. ”

This first and second elements are firmly established through your **1st hand** witness accounts that document
“actions rang(ing) from efforts to remove the Special Counsel and to reverse the effect of the Attorney General’s recusal; to the attempted use of official power to limit the scope of the investigation; to direct and indirect contacts with witnesses with the potential to influence their testimony. ”

      You have also stated that
“The President ‘ s efforts to influence the investigation were mostly unsuccessful, but that is largely because the persons who surrounded the President declined to carry out orders or accede to his requests. ”

The question remains as to intent.

Stick to balance sheets and earnings my friend

Mueller’s counsel was a hegelian setup on the chessboard. There was a 12month period in which it could be easily argued that Trump was being -goaded- into firing Mueller. (They very much would-have-wanted him to, correct? Do you not think he became aware of that at some point? And legitimately wanting to disallow what was 30% investigation 70% takedown-attempt?)

Most of (again for emphasis Most Of) the intrusions/offers into the campaign were agents, operatives, or spoofs. (Greenberg, Veselnitzkaya, Papadopoulous) and Fusion Gps and the Fisa warrant side of things are nowhere to be found in the report. They absolutely have relevance.

Trump legally could have fired Mueller but it was obvious that was a force-move they wanted him to make on the chessboard. Lawyers are partially there to prevent actions to incriminate oneself, they prevented that possibility. They also prevented him from going-after hillary early on which he also wanted to do, we’re getting closer to that timeframe now

Not sure if you are referring to Fly or myself, but the answer is clearly “Yes” either way.

Your decision not to subpeona the President for an interview was as follows:

“We thus weighed the costs of potentially lengthy constitutional litigation , with resulting delay in finishing our investigation , against the anticipated benefits for our investigation and report. As explained in Volume II, Section H.B., we determined that the substantial quantity of information we had obtained from other sources allowed us to draw relevant factual conclusions on intent and credibility, which are often inferred from circumstantial evidence and assessed without direct testimony from the subject of the investigation.”

So the question is: What factual conclusion did you draw on Trumps’ intent based on the “the substantial quantity of information” that made a Presidential interview unnecessary?

And since you drew such a conclsuion, why did you not reach a judgement on Obstruction?

you can keep hanging on to this absolute nothing, or you can do what you should have the 1st go-round –, field a good candidate. One who could wipe the floor with Trump’s orange lox and his PT Barnum circus act.

Should be a lot easier than trying to prove conspiracy theories put forth by the ghost of old Joe McCarthy.

Let me calrify things: I think that Trump clearly committed Obstruction of Justice, but I don’t think that is an impeachable offense without a Conspiracy charge. Also, it would a waste of money and politically impotent to the Democrats. Pretty much like Clinton’s impeachment

That being said, I’m not a Democrat and my 2020 vote is up for grab, just like my 2016 vote – which was NOT cast for HRC.

Multiple attempts of entrapment affirm the overall scenario that this former power circle was trying to scramble(and incriminate) candidate Trump and then president Trump.

Trump fired Comey IN LARGE PART because Rosenstein wrote a disparaging critical summary of Comey suggesting his term should end. I believe this was PurPoseFul. To start Mueller’s opposition investigation. Comey leaks memos on being fired which starts the Mueller investigation, after, this note was Given To Trump saying that Comey should be fired.

Once you have a formed investigating body (you may believe authentically formed but very-arguably staged) there are all sorts of corners and alleyways that the individual is forced to meander in or embedded in.

          – Is Trump corrupt? YES!
          – Does he abuse his power? YES!
          – Does he obstruct anyone looking into him about anything? YES!

          – But did he “collude” w/ Russia in a ridiculous conspiracy that Dems & media invented 2 years ago? Clearly not! And they look like idiots for pushing it.

Measure your orange jumpsuits for Strzok, Page, Ohr, his wife, Brennan, Clapper, Comey and Hillary for paying for a fake dossier that was used to get a FISA warrant on an American citizen which by itself, is illegal.

“On October 30, 20 I6, Michael Cohen received a text from Russian businessman Giorgi Rtskhiladze that said, ‘Stopped flow of tapes from Russia but not sure if there ‘ s anything else. Just so you know …. ‘ 10/30/16 Text Message , Rtskhiladze to Cohen. Rtskhiladze said ‘tapes’ referred to compromising tapes of Trump rumored to be held by persons associated with the Russian real estate conglomerate Crocus Group, “

        1) I don’t randomly insult people anonymously on the internet
        2) I don’t consider “you’re a woman an insult”
        3) I don’t have to pick a stereotypical (a)lpha male fictional soldier to use as my screen name

re elephant in the room, etc

Jesus H Mutherfucking Christ …you are all laughing stocks to the folks offering distractions while they get everything they want. Did Putin get anything?????????????????????? Did he want a new cold war? Did he want us to arm Ukraine? Did he want us to double down on sanctions? Did he want us to bomb his mercs in Syria? Did he want us to increase our military presence on his borders and in the Black Sea. Buy a fucking clue.

Ask your pathetically ignorant selves WHO ACTUALLY got everything they want from the traitor Trump.

ferd I was noting for a couple years 2014-15 that it looked like the agenda was to provoke Putin. Not the other way around. That many of the moves we were seeing had Putin on the de-fensive or take blame for a first strike on Syria. Hillary espoused a Syria no-fly zone, most likely continuing that narrative.

The games in Ukraine do involve western intel factions going back a couple decades.

Sanctions were arguably heaped on Russia during and out-of Obama as part of a squeeze.

Isis was clearly an intel agency construct, more evidence backing up the points.

Hate and malign trump all you want, you look completely backwards using the traitor word

How many are headed to jail as a result of Mueller?
The mere fact that Trump chose to surround himself with people of that caliber proves that he was unfit and a foolish choice for president. And it’s not over. The only thing saving him is that he’s president, anyone else would be busted.
