MY FINAL ACT OF WANTON DEGENERACY: PURCHASE OF $FH

This is a company spawned from the deepest recesses of hell. Perhaps they too will switch away from whatever failing businesses they preside over and have now decided to sell lemonade on the Blockchain. The volume has exploded and the people on the internets are feeling quite optimistic about this one.

Unlike Luke Skywalker, the force is strong with me.

I bought FH because I like the MUH chart.

BOT MOAR $GSUM

Is it the next LFIN?

Maybe.

I bought it yesterday thinking I might get a well deserved 100-300% rally — but all I got was a measly 5%. What is the purpose of this post? To simply inform you that I bought more GSUM and that the company elegantly reminded everyone yesterday that they are both an AI + Blockchain play — because you might’ve missed that with all the tumult of those evil tax cuts being discussed.

Here, let me show you again.

BEIJING, Dec. 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — Gridsum Holding Inc. (“Gridsum” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: GSUM), a leading provider of cloud-based big-data analytics and enterprise focused artificial intelligence (“AI”) solutions in China, today announced that it has launched its AI-driven, Software as a Service (“SaaS”), Intelligent CRM Solution for the China market. The Intelligent CRM Solution is a cloud-based, marketing-centric CRM solution tailor-made for both multinational and local companies operating in China. The solution leverages Gridsum’s expertise in big data analytics and AI, combining Gridsum’s “best of breed” marketing technology with leading sales intelligence technologies spanning multiple customer devices and integrating with key social networking platforms. The solution will also leverage Blockchain technologies in a number of specific areas going forward. It sets Gridsum apart from its competitors in a China SaaS CRM market expected to grow…

All the fucking buzzwords. Now give me my 100% for the day. I am merely +70% in my NXTD and +109% on the NXTDW, a triple from yesterday’s purchase.

Failing Iced Tea Company Changes Name to Include Blockchain and Stock Soars 500%

The Long Island Iced Tea company was doing just over $1 million in revenues per quarter, bleeding out cash, losing money for shareholders hand over fist — down 42% for the year. So they managed to take a short cut around all of those issues and simply rename the company to Long Blockchain Corp. and this has resulted in shares rising over 500% in pre market chicanery.

If you missed the dot com era, pay attention to these details, because this is exactly what was happening in 1999 — leading up to the tumultuous collapse in 2000.

LTEA press release:

The co announced that the parent company is shifting its primary corporate focus towards the exploration of and investment in opportunities that leverage the benefits of blockchain technology. In connection with the shift in strategic direction, the Company has approved changing its name from “Long Island Iced Tea Corp.” to “Long Blockchain Corp.” and has reserved the web domain www.longblockchain.com. The Company intends to request Nasdaq to change its trading symbol in connection with the name change. The Company will continue to operate Long Island Brand Beverages, LLC as a wholly-owned subsidiary and maintain the focus of this business on the ready-to-drink segment of the beverage industry, specifically, premium, ‘better-for-you’ brands marketed at an affordable price.

In conjunction with the shift in business strategy, the Company has submitted a request to the Securities and Exchange Commission to withdraw its previously filed S-1 registration statement relating to a proposed underwritten public offering, which was filed on November 11, 2017.

The Company is already in the preliminary stages of evaluating specific opportunities involving blockchain technology. The discussions are only in the preliminary stages but indicate the areas of focus for the Company. These opportunities include potential partnerships, investments or acquisitions involving:

A blockchain software developer building blockchain infrastructure for the financial services industry
A London-based FCA regulated, institutional provider of FX services that is building multiple blockchain and digital crypto currency technology solutions for global financial markets
A new smart contract platform for building decentralized applications that provides scalability beyond currently available options

And a word from the CEO:

Philip Thomas, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, commented, “We view advances in blockchain technology as a once-in-a-generation opportunity, and have made the decision to pivot our business strategy in order to pursue opportunities in this evolving industry. We are committed to enhancing shareholder value and believe that our new focus is the best path towards this goal. We will, in the coming weeks and months, be taking a series of steps related to our efforts to assemble a world-class team of industry professionals to help us realize this vision. We are pursuing our new direction in a thoughtful and deliberate manner.”

With just 4 million shares in the float and market cap under $30 million, expect LTEA to trade like a god damned carnival today.

Morning Poppers (Tax Cuts Edition)

Good morning lads,

Looks like the Trumpster finally pulled it off — figured out a way to give all of his rich buddies a little bit more money while shitposting on Twitter how terrible President Hillary Clinton would’ve been. Plus, he just commuted the sentence of a fine rabbi who was supposed to serve 27 years for bank fraud, employed hundreds of illegal Mexicans, simply because he could and it was Hannukah. These are indeed the very best of times, when crimes don’t exist for those who have money; you can quite literally do whatever you want. Just the other day, I savagely assaulted someone in the streets whilst eating a potato and leek sandwich. Some cop looked at me and I showed them my brokerage account statement and they let me continue beating the poor shlub.

My plans for today are pretty simple enough. Show up. Make 50%. Brag a fuckload about it online. Drink La Croix faggot waters all day, then head out to buy some more champagne. I keep doing this shit everyday and no one seems interested or willing to stop me, so I’ll keep doing it until I can’t anymore.

I just glanced at one of my stocks and it’s up 40% in the pre-market, not a big deal. This is normal stuff for me now. My end game is modest: collect as much money as I possibly can, buy a castle in Newport, RI, then rip it down and replace it with some hideous circus like structure just to fuck with the neighbors.

Here are some other headlines, as you count your gains.

Biogen’s Adaptive Phase II Study of BAN2401 in Early Alzheimer’s fails to meet primary endpoint
Spirit Airlines upgraded to Buy from Hold at Deutsche Bank
Discovery upgraded to Buy from Neutral at BofA/Merrill

Great Days Lads: Here Were Today’s Crypto Runners

Exodus has never been more active. Ask anyone around these parts about the type of banter taking place in there. Gentlemen are strolling about with walking sticks and estate pipes, walking small poodles, tipping their hats at the occasional lady passing by.

Meanwhile, EXTREME bankage is taking place, thanks to yours truly, in addition to some truly talented new faces in there — like TGiR.

I closed the day fortunate, long stocks like NXTD, NXTDw, PYDS, QIWI and AQ. I sold SIEB the other day and saw it shot higher to $20 today, a mere 45% move. There are so many plays out there and we are working round the clock, quite literally, to find new breakouts.

Here were today’s winners in the crypto-proxy space.

NETE +276%
NXTD +77%
SIEB +38%
FTFT +37%
SSC +27%
PYDS +25%
DPW +11%

Here’s the One Russian Blockchain Play That Everyone is Ignoring

I stepped in and bought QIWI, even though its been dead money.I realize they’re Russian and evil, but they have a shitload of Blockchain exposure. Isn’t that what you’re interested in?

Look at a cursory Google search of Qiwi + Blockchain and see the results.

Now tell me why QIWI hasn’t gapped higher like the rest of the sector?

RIGGED and I’m long.

WATCH ME PARTAKE IN GRAND ACTS OF CHICANERY

I am already long NXTD from $1.75 and have given you fair warning that the stock might soon explode with joy to the upside. Those who heeded my warnings have been handsomely rewarded today, as the stock melts higher by 85% to $3.40.

While doing some light study on this new venture of mine, I came across an interesting morsel of information, something I am sure 99% of the crypto trading crowd, my natural people, are unaware of.

THEY HAVE FUCKING WARRANTS ATTACHED TO THE STOCK (Evil laugh).

Ergo, I bought them and added it to Exodus.

See?

Chicanery, largess. I’m all about it.

Who remembers Intel’s Ws from back in the days? I bet you newfags have no idea what INTCW meant to traders in the 90s.

Man Who Threw Away Over $125 Million Worth of Bitcoins is Denied Access to Garbage Dump

Do we feel bad for someone who errantly tossed away 7,500 Bitcoins whilst doing some general cleaning in his house? No, of course not — how stupid can you be?

James Howells used to mine Bitcoins on his personal laptop in 2009 and then sold said laptop, like a retard, keeping the hard drive at home in the event Bitcoin ever went up in value. Well, they did. But, sadly, while doing some cleaning up around the abode, fucked face tossed out his hard drive.

Who does such things?

Now with his 7,500 BTC worth in excess of $125 million, he wants to dig through trash and has the finally backing to undertake a very expensive and environmentally challenging ordeal. My guess, he struck a bargain with some venture capital retard who’s willing to finance the gambit.

UK officials have told him to fuck off.

But, while cleaning his home in 2013, he mistakenly put it into a waste bin at his local landfill site in Newport, South Wales, where it got buried.

Now, with bitcoin’s value hovering just above $17,000 Wednesday, according to digital-currency website CoinDesk, Howells’ 7,500 lost bitcoins are worth more than $127 million. CoinDesk’s Bitcoin Price Index tracks prices from digital currency exchanges Bitfinex, Bitstamp, Coinbase and itBit.

More than four years’ worth of garbage have poured into the dump since his mistake, which would make any recovery effort a significant undertaking. “A modern landfill is a complex engineering project and digging one up brings up all sorts of environmental issues, such as dangerous gasses and potential landfill fires,” Howells says. “It’s a big, expensive and risky project.”

He wants to try, regardless, but the Newport City Council won’t allow it.

In an interview with tech website Wired, a council spokesperson said their offices have been “contacted in the past about the possibility of retrieving a piece of IT hardware said to contain bitcoins,” but digging up, storing and treating the waste could cause a “huge environmental impact on the surrounding area.”

The landfill reportedly contains about 350,000 tons of waste and 50,000 more tons are added every year.

“It is likely that the hardware would have suffered significant galvanic corrosion due to the presence of landfill leachates and gases,” officials pointed out. Even if the drive is recovered, it may not work after being exposed to weighty and possibly toxic waste for so long.

Plus, the operation, which could require specialty-construction vehicles, might cost millions. And while Howells has the “financial backing in place” to fund such an effort, according to Wired, he needs permission: The landfill is not open to the public and trespassing would be considered a criminal offense.

The fact that files containing bitcoin can be lost is one reason to perhaps be wary of cryptocurrencies. There are other causes for concern as well: Some experts fear it could be outlawed, note it’s hard to value accurately and say buying it is more gambling than investing.

Still, many believe the positives outweigh the negatives. Even Howells still tracks bitcoin’s price, he tells Wired, “but that’s not because I’m obsessed with the price because of my lost coins. I have multiple tickers running with prices in different fiat currencies,” not just in bitcoin.

And if Howells does recover his bitcoins, he’ll probably cash some in. “Who knows for sure?” he says. “I probably would have sold 30 or 40 percent in 2013 to invest in property and other cryptocurrencies.”

With the value of bitcoin continuing to rise, some speculate that eventually Howells’ lost coins will be worth a fortune and the city council will be obligated to allow a search.

“And obviously,” Howells says, “they would get a nice percentage as a gift or donation.”

Could you imagine being him right now?
