British Banks Plunge After BREXIT Minister Resigns

I’m not a big fan of this melodrama at all. The BREXIT people have been wanting to BREXIT for two years already and still — NO DEAL. The main minister for this nonsense resigned today and now there are fears that a deal might not happen, or worse — a hard fucking BREXIT happens and crushes the banks.

“The absolutely scary thing happening today is that a deal that could get done might not get done, and he could get in,” said Alasdair Haynes, the chairman of Aquis Exchange, a London-based equities trading firm. “If we have a hard Brexit and Corbyn, that’s Armageddon.”

Sterling is down sharply, as well as the banks.

Our futures were sharply higher about an hour ago — but now they’re milquetoast and looks like they want to swan dive into a pool of hardened cement.

RBS is off by more than 8%.

May is apparently still on the floor defending plan & answering questions hours after most had already left Parliament. Crazy stuff.

Pretty simple laddies; Farrage and UKIP spelled it all out, but no one in the mainstream/globalist media would tell the truth. Now the establishment leftist British Homos in Parliament & the leftist run media are all trying to thwart the will of the UK public that Democratically chose to leave – they push for a second referendum.

It’s like the Dems when they count votes lads; if they don’t like the results of a Democratic election, just keep counting again and again until you get a result ye like.

    Arrrr….

The people (and Farragge) are generally stupid.

Ireland and Northern Irland do not want a hard border.
The UK banks HATE Brexit because they lose half of their business
There are UK citizens rtesding in the EU, and EU citizens residng in Britain.
      Et-cetera

Apprently, Brexiting ISN’Tt pretty simple. Who-coulda-known?

Numbers, you make some interesting points, but why do you feel the need to counter post EVERYTIME I make a post? Just curious why I’m being ‘trolled’ – a bit strange…

That said, when there is a democratically held referendum and the people of a sovereign nation make a democratic CHOICE, should the peoples choice be ignored or overturned because elitists think the ‘people are stupid’? Or because the ‘banks don’t like’ what the people chose? Do we assume you are a proponent of democracy – or do you believe that only the elite or the banks should decide how people should be governed?

I don’t think it is everytime… but it’s probably the political nature of your posts. Also, “trolling” is usually posting with the *intention* of getting a reaction. So if i was trolling, I would have posted first.

As to the topic, perhaps stupid is the wrong word. Ignorant and naive are more apporpriate. I DO think that the people’s choice should be respected, but I DON”T think that the people understood the complexity and full consequences of that choice when they voted. However, I never said that the vote should be ignored. Instead I was illustrating the folly of having a vote on such a significant topic while so many of the details were unclear. This would be simialr to having a Presidential Election today with the only two candidate on the Ballot as “Donald Trump” and “Other.”

I suspect that we are still months away from an agreement. Proabbyl result in a chaotic, hard Brexit that will throw world trade into utter chaos or a last-minute compormise to avoid the forementioned destruction

As for those that beleive that Britsih ciitzens never voted to become a part of the European Union, they need to read a textbook about how representative goverenance function.

            Mr. British Scolar,

It was obvious to me that things such as European Union Membership don’t just happen, but I am not a historian such as yourself. So please share your knowledge: how did the UK gave up part of their soverignty without a vote by the peopel or the Parliament agreeing to such a thing?

Dates and events would be an appropraite response if you aren’t full of sh!t.

They never voted to be owned by the EU, why must they vote to break the chains?

It’s a scam. Must vote again, and again until they vote correct.

        Regards

Why am I reminded of ‘Uncle Joe’ Biden here? Anyone remember when he was running for VP and tried to put on that RIDICULOUSLY condescending accent with the “they want to out Y’ALL back in chains” remark? Honestly one of the MOST offensive, pandering, paternalistic things I EVER heard a politician say – and thats a HIGH mark!

          – Kind of like Hillary with her “I ain’t noways tired” poem reading fake with her fake southern – African American accent. The pandering liberals -always disingenuous, always sickening and they ALWAYS know better what is best for the ‘little people’ like us – just as in Brexit. It always boils down in the end to an arrogant: ‘we the ELITE know better than you little plebs, so never mind your votes or your will, let US decide how to run your life. Whether it’s Brexit opposition or any other globalist/leftist argument.
