The CEO of $GRUB, Matt Maloney, Flaunts His Bigotry, Asks His Pro-Trump Employees to Resign

He just sank his own battleship. This is the sort of press that ruins your company, career, and make you look like a complete and utter jackass. I get the fact that Matt has a distorted vision of the world. But to be so intolerant about the beliefs of another person, asking them to quit and to suffer because of political views, is beyond ridiculous. He is a fucking asshat.

Look, none of you pole chokers have any real control over U.S. policy, domestic and abroad. I get the whole theatre of elections and how we’re supposed to hate each other for a solid 9 months. But, at the end of the day, we all want to unwind, eat a fucking steak, and drink a large glass of wine. Being that this fuckhead is head of a food delivery company, aka hospitality, his sins are even more egregious.

Imagine Hitler delivering food to your house for dinner. That’s what Grubhub now represents, an intolerant company led by a man without a moral compass and empathy for his neighbors. Matt Maloney is, inherently, a very bitter, and probably evil, man. Now that he’s introduced himself to me, I will put him in the daily rotation of people I am interested in talking about — joining the ranks of Billionaire Ackman, Ron “fucked up JC Penny real good’ Johnson and Tim ‘super single and gay’ Cook.

“If you do not agree with this statement then please reply to this email with your resignation because you have no place here,” wrote Matt Maloney, Co-Founder of Grubhub. “We do not tolerate hateful attitudes on our team.”

“I absolutely reject the nationalist, anti-immigrant and hateful politics of Donald Trump and will work to shield our community from this movement as best as I can,” Maloney wrote about Trump’s supporters.

“I want to reaffirm to anyone on our team that is scared or feels personally exposed, that I and everyone else here at Grubhub will fight for your dignity and your right to make a better life for yourself and your family here in the United States.”

Matt is without question, one of the most butt hurt libtarded CEOs in America right now. Let’s see what people on Twitter think about his Stalinesque position on casting out hard working people due to their political beliefs.

If I was long this stock, heading into the buzz saw of this fuckery, I’d sell it twice — once to close out the position and again to create a short position. The stock has done very well this year, higher by 53%, because business has been good. But the CEO just told 50% of the country to fuck off and that he didn’t want their business. Very seriously here, and depending on how this plays in the press, this stock could hit single digits in fairly short order. I’d expect a massive reduction in both revenue and earnings expectations. Matt Maloney is done at Grub. Without a doubt, after the stock drops and revenues plunge, the board will be forced to fire him.

At 80x earnings and almost 8x sales, the stock is easily vunerable for a 50% drop. But I’ve never seen a CEO do something this stupid — which makes me believe it can go even lower.

Look for lawsuits to fly soon.

Frightened snowflake mandates a company-wide safe space in violation of the constitution. Should be fun to watch this unfold.

How does someone so stupid become the CEO of a company? Regardless of how he feels about Trump supporters, how can he not control himself so as not to write such an idiotic letter?

The words fiduciary responsibility come to mind. The board should hold an emergency meeting and boot him out of his own company.

I would not be surprised if you heard of his resignation by opening bell tomorrow. You can afford to be crazy in a private company but not a public one.

He’s from Chicago folks, so was Hillary, so is Obama, so is Comey at the FBI, and he’s going to be fired shortly at the insistence of Valerie Jarret (born in Iran, lol).so there’s nothing to see here, just a bunch of corrupt politicians and businessmen.
But it will be fun seeing the stock go down, perhaps as much as CMG which has lost half of its value.

Everyone of the employees should file a complaint with the EEOC division of the Department of Labor. The CEO has just created a “Hostile” environment. If the board does not act on this, that company is done.
