SMOKING GUN: Podesta Emailed Clinton’s Attorney, Cheryl Mills, About Deleting Emails One Day After Congressional Subpoena

It’s all over. Unless Obama suspends the election and declares martial law, there isn’t a chance in red hell the Clinton campaign can talk their way out of this one.

It’s inexplicable.

Bear in mind, shortly after this email, Hillary’s IT guy, Combetta, took to the internets to learn about how to delete emails for a ‘very VIP’ customer. With this revelation, there can be no question about whether there was intent or not. If justice prevails, Mills, Podesta and Clinton will find themselves in a federal prison sometime soon.

Here is a close up of this egregious email.

And we haven’t even gotten the O’Keefe racism video, the Kim Dotcom stuff, or True Patriot’s drop this week.

I decree this shall not get old until at least November 9th:

What you fail to understand is that this falls under the category of “emails”. There could be an email directly from Hillary ordering the murder of 500 children, and people would say, “Are you still talking about those emails? Is that all you have?”.

Unfortunately very true – no point trying to reason with voters in either camp. My folks wouldn’t give a shit less if HRC came out in an email saying she was in favor of starting a genocide. They’d just say that “the Russians” doctored the email, then tear back into Trump for his rich history of sexual assault and his shameless advocacy for bilateral relations as a Kremlin stooge. Because MSNBC.

Though this could help inform the decisions of the four undecided voters left in America.

No reasoning with either camp? I would enjoy hearing a logical argument against Trump but considering the direction of the country in the last 15 years there are almost no arguments to vote against Trump other than his “rough around the edges” behavior.

That reinforces my point – minds are already made up (your decision appears to be settled). The arguments for both sides are faith-based and emotional. Trump voters are as unlikely to switch sides as an HRC voter is to reverse course and choose Trump at this point. Full-blown sectarian culture war.

I get my mind is made up mostly, but I definitely know people who are one issue voters, that issue being Hillary seems more generally sympathetic to world plight. I just have trouble making any logical connections to the point of the presidency and the reasons people are voting for her.

Right there with you, tbh. Most friends/family I know voting for her admitted to just casting a vote against Trump and the Republican party.

@doubleplus I agree with you on your point about the “minds are already made up,” but that doesn’t necessarily translate to votes. What I mean by that is just because someone won’t vote for Trump, doesn’t necessarily mean they’ll go out and vote for Hillary (or Johnson, or Stein, or me for that matter). The same argument applies to Trump, however, the differentiator is that there is more excitement in the Trump camp vs. the Hillary camp. This is what I believe the pundits and “experts” aren’t factoring in.

Which party does the DOJ belong to, exactly. This too will be a nothing burger but I have hope. Our financial system is no different than Japan’s and our political system is no different than Russia’s.

That’s total bullshit. Nobody except RW Nutcases gives a shit about E-Mails.

This campaign is about FEMALES, not E-Mails. And Trump loses big time.

The Republicans would yell “NATIONAL SECURITY – DESTROYING SECRETS”
if Hillary flushed her shit-covered toilet paper down the john in the morning.

All kinds of SHIT is labeled “Top Secret”. It means NOTHING!

Well they’ve managed to change the narrative.. the MSM is claiming that “dump” means to disclose the emails NOT to delete them. Slick.

The evidence of the e-mail itself would probably be excluded from any evidence.
There are some exceptions to the rule however it is known in legal circles as “the fruit of the poisonous tree.”
Illegally obtained evidence can’t be used as evidence.
If a cop searches a house on a suspicion , finds a computer, reads said computer, and discovers that the Defendant murdered his neighbor, then the evidence found can’t be used as the cop did not obtain a search warrant.
In this case the email was hacked which by itself is illegal and thus the content of the email is inadmissible.
Thank you and Podesta can pay my $450.00 an hour fee at his convenience (within the week).

i hope in my heart of hearts that it is, as le fly claims above, over. will justice finally be carried out and this criminal hag thrown into the clink? i just am not wholly convinced as of yet, despite intent being incontrovertibly established now.
