Hairy Rod grasping at straws here but even if Comey were found guilty of violating the Hatch Act, that doesn’t seem as bad as Bill Clinton violating the Snatch Act.
They wouldn’t have enough time to charge and prosecute Comey anyway before Trump moves into the White House and he would pardon Comey on day one.
