Dow futures are off by 150. Asian markets are set to drop by 2%. Chinese markets are capable of going all the way, losing 5,10 even 30% of its value in a single session. Keep in mind, 90% of Chinese investors are retail.
Oil is off by 2% and the yen is at 4 month highs v the dollar. The fucking world is ending.
I’m expecting a gap lower and reversal of misfortune tomorrow, leading to a joyous respite to an otherwise apocalyptic start to 2016.

Hopefully tomorrow will give us the gap down to buy for a counter trend face rip rally.

Trump-Palin has yet to be priced in
There will be no Trump. When was the last time a president got elected that Wall Street didn’t love? I would not hold my breath waiting for one.
I would have thought Wall St would have preferred Romney over Obama
Juice, they might have. But Wall Street was fine with both of them. They are not fine with Trump.
Frog, but Wall St is not the only power broker in the mix. In fact, none is bigger than the military-industrial-financial complex of which Wall St is part. Trump is clearly no dummy as he just got the target removed from his head and won the election in one fell swoop.
http://www.businessinsider.com/donald-trump-says-what-his-state-of-the-union-would-be-2016-1
“I want to build our military bigger and better and stronger than ever before,” Trump said.
And with that, the CIA & Pentagon just took him off their hit list and will back him instead of Hill of Beans, Lies & Pandering.
Frog, what’s your analysis on Hillary? Surely, she does not possess any of the characteristics you describe with other candidates.
Moosh, the Powers That Be in the U.S. would be fine with Hilary as pres. And they might be fine with some Republican, but not Trump.
Juice, it’s true that there are other power brokers. As for the military industrial complex, they don’t dislike Hilary either. The Powers That Be do not just look out for whether Trump would give them money though, although they do look at that. But some Powers That Be are concerned that they may not be able to depend on Trump in other ways– that he is a loose cannon, and that he will do and say any crazy thing that he thinks will make lots of people admire him.
As Jerry Seinfeld believes is true about all people who run for president, he is so self-centered that he thinks the globe is contained inside his own skull. There are a lot of things outside one’s own skull that the president needs to be able to see clearly.
Yeah, but I would still like to hear your analysis on Hillary.
I like Bernie best, personally. I like his ideas. But he’d sure have trouble working with Congress, because he’s so different from them– unless people voted him in, and voted in a Left of Center Congress to go with him. A lot of the Powers That Be don’t like him. But he’s certainly not so crazy and unpredictable as Trump.
I don’t see anything major wrong with Hilary, except that she’s owned by some big Special Interests— but then you have to be, in order to get elected president.
Feel the Bern is a communist. How can a shill for the free shit army not get HILLARY spelled correctly? Possibly that is the frog way of having an opinion of its own? Hard to believe.
No Bernie is not a Communist. He’s a socialist. Nothing wrong with that. He also has some of the same views as Trump. Left and Right are not always so different. And Bernie would do a far better job on the issues that concern you than whoever you have been fooled into voting for.
And there’s nothing unusual about misspelling stuff on the Internets. I always have trouble with those names that sound the same but are spelled different ways by different people.
BTW, Bernie is not an open door immigration guy, as you imagine. Here’s a quote from him about an immigration bill he voted against.
“At a time when the middle class is shrinking, poverty is increasing and millions of Americans are working longer hours for lower wages it makes no sense to me to have an immigration bill which, over a period of years, would bring millions of ‘guest workers’ into this country who are prepared to work for lower wages than American workers,” Sanders said after that year’s bill died. “We need to increase wages in this country, not lower them.”
I am not a shill for anyone. You are the one who has no opinions of your own. Your expressed ideas are all Far Right Wing talking points, apparently lifted from some Right Wing TV station or Internet site or radio program.
I’m sure I’m not going to change you. Nor will I ever be able to get you to act in a polite or civil manner toward me or toward anyone else who disagrees with you. Which is why I usually ignore what you say, and converse instead with people who have better manners and/or open minds. So I will now return to doing that.
Dude or Dudette. Whatever the frog is. Just have an opinion that is your own. Regurgitation is for the birds. And the serfs.
Gotta see what China does in 10 mins.

Thanks frog. I don’t like any of them. I want the shit ironbird is on.
You’re welcome, Moosh. A lot of people don’t like any of the candidates. Some of them vote for whomever they think the least bad one is– since someone is going to end up being elected, in any case, and they would rather have a less bad pres than a terrible one.
