My swan dive into the waterless pool has been enjoyable, thus far. Into the final hour of trade, I hereby call upon all of the ancient spirits to go full goblin on the bears, eating off their ugly faces and snapping their necks in half like pretzels.

    Complex picture from my voodoo bullshit technical perspective. Base case still is another downdraft if the ES hits approximately 2000, but I’m seeing a ton of charts out there that are at or near the bottom of multi-year channels.

    Question for Fly or others with some experience — can you realistically imagine the long-awaited correction here being a one-day V bottom? Few could have imagined a market that didn’t have a 10% correction for 4 years, either.

    I am so long long bonds right now my face is going to explode.

    I do not believe that stocks steadily melt up from here. Vol is not dead.
