BALT is not yours, for it is mine. Whatever position that you might have in it, long or short, is fleeting and will pass with your gas, as you scavenger on to other things. Opinions aren’t needed, trust in that.
It’s true, I’ve purchased even MOAR BALT today and might buy more again tomorrow. It’s just what I do. There are other stocks that could be purchased, like ANGI, WUBA or LITB, but I choose BALT.
Treu pirates do not fret at the sight of an injured frigate–they annihilate it and capture its bounty.
Before this conversation is said and done, I shall capture your bounty–trust in that.

The Fly is God.
my day is now complete. i’ve missed you so much. :'(
I think I love The Fly.
I will see your pirate ways and raise you a privateer sir; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Privateer
That’s ok, there will be time to make ANGI a large position in 2014. Train just getting revved up. PT >30.
The more pumping the lower balt goes! It’s amazing! Problem is you could wake up limit down due to GNK bankruptcy
Are you the Trading_Nymph’s evil sister???
LMAO!
Please explain the logistics of a GNK bankruptcy posing an existential threat to BALT. We’re all ears, oh champion of the illiterati.
It doesn’t
GNK will restructure and will not affect BALT at all.
Oh, I’m not actually questioning. CPA here with multiple restructures under my belt. I just wanted to hear the crickets.
Arggghh! Avast ye scum and pay heed to Cap’n ‘Fly’!
He ‘drinks your milkshake’:

Double Top in BALT? Be careful Master Fly.
Jennifer is starting to rank right up there with CAP as the most hated commentor on iBC.
She is going to suck her own cock before it’s all said and done.
Bahahahaha!
Er, what happened to “be nice to Jennifer”?
I am being nice
BALT looks good here, but I am going to roll the dice and try to rebuy in the low 5s, as I can always buy higher.
Methinks Cap’n ‘Fly’ may soon be calling for Mister Friar due to some of the blabberin on this here board. Arggghhh.

FLY-YOU DONT HAVE TO BE SO FOUL MOUTHED TO CONVINCE US YOU ARE INTELLIGENT. WISE UP.
shut your sinister mouth your god damned fool!
To hell with your sentiments.
holier than thou?
What’s sad is that none of you even have the pecker to address Jennifer’s arguments, let alone provide a tangible shred of anything to rebut her assertions.
All you can bring to the table is “here is an apron”.
Aside from following fly’s extremely back of the napkin guesswork, do any of you other commentators have a reason to like the stock? Right or wrong?
Take a step back — stock is now full of bagholders/prospective millionaires and you attack like crazy anyone how dare, the mere thought of it, have a different view on the sector? What a buncha babies.
Pray tell me, WHAT IS JENNIFER’S ARGUMENT?
Oh, seasonality?
I’ve done a lot more than back of the napkin explaining. To hell with you too, you beat of a person.
my position is based on charwork TA. 3 month consolidation and upward exit on volume. Beautiful, the type of stuff you validate the pattern against. There is no reason to even think of selling unless 4.88 is breached to the downside.
Jennifer’s a troll. “She” has offered nothing in the way of analysis beyond “seasonality”, and she’s been intelligently rebutted multiple times on this site. You’re either delusional or intentionally omitting information. What logic supports this “bagholder” assertion of yours? The fact that people are buying it? It trades below book, has extremely manageable long-term debt, and could be purchased tomorrow by any other entity looking to buy near-new boats at a 30% discount to market. As owning these boats is no longer a negative-carry value proposition, they deserve full valuation. Eat it.
BALT is a subsidiary of GNK and GNK’s financial status has no bearing on Balt’s finances and vice versa. This has been clearly stated in the past if you have read GNK’s earnings reports. I am raising some cash here, sold LPX for a quick swing trade. I was in USU when it cratered yesterday and bailed for a loss. Still don’t have a feel for buying yet but there are some nice set-ups, including SCTY which I think Options Addict bought yesterday. Still not to late to get in either me thinks.
Champagne lifestyle. The treu life.
FSLR?
So Fly what are you weighted in BALT? If you’ve liquidated 2 others this week and kept those proceeds in cash, your BALT position relative to other opens should be huge. No?
Fly- that is the most disturbing video you’ve ever posted. I felt very uncomfortable after 2 mins of that guy.
Watch the whole 10 minutes worth and ye shall be brainwashed.
I’m playing the contrarian to senor Fly and buying YELP
Your mother
Baltic Trading Limited
Baltic Trading Limited has one of the ugliest dilution histories over the last three years, going from bad to worse. It had around 22 million shares as of Sept. 30, 2010. Three years later on Sept. 30, 2013, that number had risen to 37.6 million or 71% dilution.
While 71% is bad enough, in November of this year, even after two equity raises earlier this year, Baltic Trading Limited added another 12.65 million shares of dilution, for a total of roughly 50.25 million shares outstanding. Baltic Trading Limited is now up to 128% dilution in just over three years. Consider that a warning sign.
That’s what you know.
What you don’t know, because you’re a stupid idiot, is that balt cannot dilute any further else risk GnK position to fall under 10%, which is against their covenants
I searched BALTs recent filing and this is the only reference to that I can find:
“The Company received net proceeds of $59,481 after deducting underwriters’ fees and expenses. Pursuant to the subscription agreement between the Company and Genco, for so long as Genco directly or indirectly holds at least 10% of the aggregate number of outstanding shares of the Company’s common stock and Class B stock, Genco will be entitled to receive at no cost an additional number of shares of Class B stock equal to 2% of the number of common shares issued, other than shares issued under the Company’s 2010 Equity Incentive Plan”
Where does it say they can’t dilute further? All i see is that IF they dilute further past 10%, GNK doesn’t get moe free shares, not that they can’t dilute.
Thanks.
Look, what I am saying about the 10% dilution factor is correct. They cannot do it without changing covenants.
Go away
Look, it’s not that I don’t believe you, I just want to know where it says that?
Did the CFO “tell” you? Then why not just say that? Or point to me where it says they won’t dilute, its a concern of mine. Playing coy does nothing to help a reader and balt shareholder
The credit facility is under Genco. Their stake cannot fall under 10% without violating it and that can lead to default.

He owes you nothing you stupid fool.
Figure it out for yourself. It’s out there.
