Chevron said results from refining and marketing operations dropped after a fire damaged its refinery in Richmond, Calif., and Hurricane Isaac disrupted production at a refinery in Mississippi.
All refinery stocks took a beating today which may be unwarranted considering Chevron’s isolated disruptions.

FLY, I really enjoyed reading this analysis. The sectors you listed up were more over the eur/usd trying to hold that 1.2900 level and Oil being positive for alot of the day imho. FXP bugged me too, esp cuz I hold it, Shanghai had talk over Car Stimulus last night and closed green..that is the only reason why I could see it. BTW VXX closed red too. For tomorrow, imho this Oil’s Game right now w/QE /OMT unlimited..API showed a build over estimates tonight, if EIA shows the samething tomorrow then I would continue to slide on down.
