Using a simple screen inside of The PPT, I searched for companies growing revenues by 15%+ that have “enjoyed” share declines of 10% or more over the past week.
One of the aforementioned names is DDD, a top 5 position of mine. Why the stock is dropping like a stone is anyone’s guess. However, it’s important to remember that high growth, evolutionary, stocks–like DDD–always jar investors with volatility before the earnings outlook is solidified amongst investors. Once that happens, the stock will take off and never look back.
AAPL, MLNX, CMG, ISRG come to mind.

I came across “Escape from New York” on BBC America last night. There is a scene when Snake Pliskin arrives at Manhattan. At street level he comes across a feakish person banging on manhole covers. You may be aware, Fly. I think JP Morgan downgraded the stock over a product line issue.
But I also think another firm upgraded this stock.
I’ve owned this one for while. The technology is huge. It’s the genesis of high tech fabrication I reckon. I hope this is the right one. If it is, it could seriously end up being a multi-thousand dollar stock. Seriously. The technology isn’t the issue.
The only question is if the firm is able to make it work.
I don’t like the looks of the S&P this morning on the 5 min chart…
