Went from 50% swing short to now 100% short over the last few hours. But, looking to scale out to 75% or so by bell. Hope no one chased banks short, on the advice of Denninger or Zero Hedge. That symmetrical triangle in XLF was untouchable, as I said several times over last week. Those bank charts were pretty intimidating down there.

At this point, I am in the same camp with Fly. QEII is not about saving banks or corporate America……….that is unless there are things that remain hidden from public view on their ledgers. QEII or should I say QE!! is about wrecking the US dollar. Plain and simple. Nothing else makes any sense when you consider what is happening and the long term results thereof. If in fact the long term goal is to make the worlds reserve currency worthless, the people perpetrating this crime should be found and summarily shot. Without trial but with grand media attention.
The only ray of hope in all this is that the bottom line value of the US dollar is underpinned by the citizens of the US rather than the government itself. If the inhabitants of this country grow a pair and buckle down to de-leverage in a mighty way. The dollar will remain as strong as any and stronger than most. It could be our last hurrah however, if said citizens continue to act like sheeple rather than the fierce and independently minded warriors that made this country what it is/was.
The big investment banks that brought this chaos upon us should be thrown on the dung heap of history and their carcasses left to rot in public for their crimes against humanity and this country.
