How do you reconcile the recent ISM reports with “weak economic data”? Let’s say we get slow (1.5%) GDP growth rather than outright contraction, and thus stable earnings with perhaps some slight growth. Under those circumstances in a ZIRP environment, where do you think PEs can go?
