Everyone likes to pick on Jim Cramer, mainly because he is out there. As much as I disagree with Jim, he started this financial blogging game and should be respected for that, if anything at all. Look, there is a reason why TSCM is trading @ $3, despite their big web presence and big subscription base: they’re old and tired.
Seriously, in the era of web 2.0, with all of Thestreet.com’s money, how the fuck does their premium blog site look like this? Look at how it is aligned to the left? Are they fucking serious about this design, or is it a joke?
There is no excuse for that. I can’t blame Cramer, since he does enough for the brand. Whoever is in charge of web development needs a stern talking to, and more. On Jupiter’s stone, TSCM should be fucking killing it right now; but they’re not. I do not pretend to know what the solution is to their problem. However, I can tell you right now, 90% of their writers suck dick. Even more, they (TSCM) pay their writers too damn much.
My advice: Fire everyone. Start fresh and tell Doug Kass to read Le Fly, so that he could get his market timing issue fixed.

I just went to that website for the first time in my life and only b/c Le Fly brought it up. It’s too noisy for me. I don’t like all the crap on my screen. People like simplicity and clarity, hence why Google’s search engine page dominated Yahoo’s…it’s clean and simple.

FLY, Boy did you hit on a my expertise…..before I came here I was a regular at Jim Cramer’s blog comments, I still am over at Rev’s, The site is a mess, and they paid crazy money to remodel sister site Stockpickr about 2 years ago and it is worst then TSCM in design. For the writers, when I was just learning what a p/e was they use to let me submit articles to TSCM all the time and Jim Cramer would use me for a source of ideas for his show, heck his entire Bionic Woman Week in Oct 2007 was mine.. Funny, now that I think I am a lot better IMHO the best they give me is the Stockpickr site for Articles….TSCM is so stupid, I had a trading diary over at stockpickr w/over 200,000 hits on it…they told me I had to restart it, I wrote the editior in chief that if they wanted me to stay they would have to give me something, like to be able to submit articles again (for no pay) at TSCM…they said, sorry..you don’t have a following…but we will have more of our writers over at Stockpickr to help all of you understand the game…..I said bye bye…… For Jim Cramer, as everyone knows I was his biggest fangirl around, but I have broken away, I realized that he would never see me as one of the Col Conversation Group, he just saw me as a Homegamer, …..heck my brand new website for my Trading Diary actually looks better and has more toys then TSCM. This totally doesn’t make sense for a company like that to be such a mess…..if they can’t even keep one of their top bloggers happy w/ some type of freebie bone it goes to show that they care less about who comes to the site cuz there will always be more to replace them…heck, Stockpickr is now covered with Spam all the time and Jim Cramer won’t even go back to it……it really is so sad…..

Expecting the other indices to join in this uptrend in early August. <
Bull wave structures consist of five waves while bear wave structures have only three. We've just started Primary Wave3 of a bull market and are in the early stages of the 1st major wave of 5 in this move. Within the 1st major wave we've complete intermediate waves 1 and 2. Intermediate wave3 up so far has consisted of two minor waves and within the 3rd minor we are currently ending minute wave2 or starting minute wave3. As you can see, this entire Primary Wave3 formation could be a lengthy one as each wave formation has 5 waves. Once we complete the current minute waves, then the minor waves, then the intermediate waves and then the major waves we will see a real pullback with Primary Wave4.
Breaching 1057 would upset the current wave structure but exceeding 1131 would be additional confirmation of this bull move if not an outright lock. As you can see, if the current bounce from 1011 to 1121 has only completed less than half of the initial move up in the first Major Wave, we have a long way to go. Buy the dips until we've completed Primary Wave3 if you're a swing or longer term player. Day traders can play the multitude of waves but noobies should take Fly's advice and continue to eat sandwiches, hedge or stay in cash if you don't buy into wave theory or have a PPT account otherwise you are just a degenerate gambler.
