I was a PPT subscriber for a while, but I couldn’t figure out how to get it to work for me, or maybe I just didn’t have the time to put into it to get what I wanted out of it. That being said, it sounds like you’ve added a lot more features in the past 5 months than you had in the previous 12. I’m a small time investor so I’m trying to justify a year-long subscription considering I wasn’t seeing much benefit as a member.
It takes commitment to learn how it works. This is not some bullshit ino.com or channeling stocks service.
At the risk of sounding like a smartass, isn’t the whole point of the PPT subscription to pay you for the commitment you put into developing the whole system?
Granted, I love it, it’s a great system and I love the scores, the screens, etc. But at the end of the day, the actual advantage I had from the PPT on my bottom line was just enough to offset the monthly subscription. I’m not sure how your oversold/overbought indicators work, but they sound like a nice addition and they seem to be a better reading than the hybrid score which it seemed a lot was based off of.
The point of the PPT, as I understand, it is this:
What is your plan for trading stocks?
it has to start somewhere, be based on something, and end with a actionable conclusion.
How did the PPT not help you with all of those things? Rating scales should be pretty intuitive. Scanning the market for stocks that have the criteria you select seems intuitive too.

Money managers would rather sit in large caps during a downturn than the small caps. The thinking is that they will eventually see a better snap back to the upside on volume, whereas a small cap name gets put on the shelf and left there to collect dust.

It is also interesting how little knowledge he has regarding the way the oil and gas industry works. The cementing contractor will come up with a slurry design and pumping schedule. Then the operator (BP) reviews said design and either says go with it, or makes changes. In the end BP and BP alone decides what gets pumped down the hole. That is why they are taking all the heat and not HAL.
