what does it mean for a stock to be in the top 10 PPT, other than that it has a combined “high hybrid” and “high technical” score?
RINO was the #1 in the PPT this past week until yesterday or so, and it’s been tanking. When the market has a high score, that’s a “sell” indicator, right? Does that also mean that, based on what the PPT is telling us, we ought to short the top 10?
