The left shoulder has already happened but the rest of the pattern is still in formation?
Good question. If he’s looking at what I THINK he’s looking at on the SPY, then his left shoulder peaks about 2:15 on 8/07.
His “head” — what there is of it — remember, this is Quasimodo now — forms and peaks somewhere between 8/24 and 8/28.
The right shoulder, ostensibly, is forming now, and (perhaps?) peaked today at almost the same height as the head, hence the “Quasimodo” effect.
We would have to break Quasimodo’s neckline — which is (search me?) either at 99.50 or about 98.0 on the SPY for this to be an effective formation.
Don’t hold your breath.
