Why the FUCK would the market be allowed to be open an extra 15 minutes??
If the government begins to cover state debt, it will be extraordinarily expansionary in nature, like handing out “You Lose” cards to short sellers. But if states are forced to cut payrolls, the exact opposite will likely occur, with more mass layoffs dragging us down. Pay attention to all state budget news if you are strongly biased one way or the other.
I know that Bernanke has insisted he will not monetize government debt. But Bernanke is a liar.
