Until the bank stress test results are made public there will be little reason to rally the mkt. And even then the mkt still needs to digest that outcome.
GE bottoms next few hours…rocket rally ensues for mkt..forced selling down here…ala CHK during the energy liquidation…Jeff Immelt not a good day trader..no power left to the downside here.

S&P says (12:30 pm) WFC remains the only large bank so far to maintain its dividend. Based on low capital ratios and deteriorating earnings, we think it will cut its dividend in the coming months. We also think WFC will need to raise additional capital to brings its tangible capital ratio over 3.0%
I heard somewhere about Brazil price cuts and that is affecting POT.
Can’t find hard news on it though.
