The [[SKF]] just put itself in a new trading range, with todays move. Barring more Fed “magic,” I think SKF trades up to $120.
My top brokerage shorts, [[LEH]] and [[MER]], have a lot further to go—lower that is.
On the long side, [[RACK]] is working. And, [[NOV]] appears to be eating RIG‘s lunch.
Ag stocks appear to be asleep or some shit, since [[POT]] is not up another $5. I will cease calling a top in ag, since it is utter useless banter.
Keep an eye on [[WBD]]. That fucker looks like it can roll a lot further downhill. And, finally, Chinese fuckery is back in play. The sector looks like shit. Hence, [[FXP]] looks golden.

In a remarkable act of Chinese acrobat-like trick fuckery, my one “Hunan Long”, GU, is up considerably, despite my blessed FXP kicking old broken-down rickshaw drivers out the 96th floor of spanking new Beijing office towers.
Why no mention of SRS? It’s in a nice lil uptrend also 🙂
I also agree FXP is very solid; we did not break the 200 EMA on FXI and should retract at least until the 50 EMA.
MBI is reporting Monday; and it could construe further weakness on financials. Although the last time the “Fly” said “Fuck the Banks” we rallied like %30 to the upside.
Look at XHB; if that Dobb-Frank bill passes through…that’s $200 billion in stimulus to the housing market.

I back away from my negative SKF view. Ooopp, “Au Contrair back-pedal indicator”…..long the XLF here…SKF had it’s party. Yes, the banks are pieces of shit, but the stocks are beat and greed will get the best of long and short term investors trying to steal a buck.
This is just a pull-back…SKF to get smoked on Monday.
