Fly you need to do a better job as CEO of IBC. If Jeff Immelt left GE for a day and revenues dropped 40% it would reflect poorly on his leadership.
You need to delegate more. Hire a qualified CFO and a capable COO. Your current employees – Rajun, Wood, Danny, Gunners etc are more rank and file rather than C-Suite type execs. You need to tighten up ship or I may have to turn into an activist investor, take a stake in IBC and start rolling some heads beginning with yours.
