You’re still up for the year, which is more than most can say. You live like King in Romania.
Sto lat !
SKF becoming attractive, Fly how high do these financials bounce?
Fly,
Don’t be tempted to go long. Its all going to fall apart soon. Remember that Post Thanksgiving rally from 12750 to 13780 ? This one is not so different. There is too much overhead resistance – 50 day ma, 13,000, 200 day ma, downtrend line @ 13200 etc. Couple of hundred Dow points up and a couple of thousand down. The risk reward is in favor of the bears.
I am eating dinner using a palladium dish tonight. Awesome gain on SWC and PAL. Any one still laugh that I put 95% of my 401K into SWC and PAL? The only thing to laugh is why do I still keep the other 5%?
If the market made sense everyone would make money all the time. What fun would that be? It’s only worthwhile if you make money when others get screwed. SWC baby.
Could we stop hearing about PAL and SWC?
i’m still not to my basis on SWC
SLW here.
For the goats.
Fly,
Not the oatmeal! You know how it has been known to cause bull markets. This is very disingenuous of you.
JJ – OK, I realize the breakout and did not get on board but can you explain please whether PAL and SWC will continue being special going forward short n medium term, thanks
Looks like the Fly’s time machine is on the fritz. Maybe you can send it to Ben Bernanke…he seems to ba able to fix anything these days.
October- November rally lasted 8 days
November- December rally lasted 11 days.
Santa rally lasted 6 days
This rally has been 8 days incl today.( 9 if you count last Tuesday)
Good chance we will see a strong reversal to the downside next week.

Cycles just aren’t what they used to be my man. Fed can drop rates 1.25% and I can be on my computer, refi my house and go spend like a drunken sailor in less than 3 weeks.
Did anyone see the buy support for FXP? We’re going down next week.
i don’t know how much more of this F’ing bear bullshit rally i can take. i thought i understood what was going on and that the market would surely crumble with a bad jobs report as the avg drop in the dow is -267 points when the NFP figure misses the consensus, which it did today. i obviously know nothing and have lost a ton of F’ing money to fuking dopes that are buying the market higher.
stockfucks must be celebrating as ford and chrysler show completely fucking horrible sales figures, stepping one quarter closer to bankruptcy. treasury 10 year auctions coming up next week Ben bitch – let’s see who doesn’t show up and if you really want a steep yield curve. you have fucked the bears – now its your turn.
buylo
Much to my chagrin, JJ’s SWC broke through a huge area of resistance at 12.50. The stock has the potential this year to catapault up to 27 on good market fundamentals for metals. I shit you not.
I am on board.

Just accept that we live in a bizzaro world, where up is down, right is left, good is bad, and then you will make money consistently. Go ahead now, and snatch the pebble from my hand.
Buylo:
Welcome aboard. But if I were you I will buy more PAL than SWC today. You get more palladium production per dollar of stock.
The South African electricity crisis makes the PGM metal fundamentals even better. Please note a very low price/sales ratio of SWC and PAL, and think about what if the sales double or triple, and more than half of sales convert to net profit! I really think both of these two have potential to go to triple digit in 3 years, just for a reasonable P/E.
