Small Cap Alert: UTSI

I’ve been noting in The PPT to watch this flag pattern, this communication stock can run. For those that got in, this is my near term target, I will see how it reacts when it reaches that level to decide what to do.

When I see stocks like International Business Machines Corp. [[IBM]] , it makes me wonder if there is actually a second leg to this thing. It seems like everyone is calling for a pullback. Even, Ragin’, the biggest bull of them all is starting to be cautious. Could we see a run straight to 10,000?

If we do have another leg to this train, Intel Corporation [[INTC]] may be worth a look here. The stock is near its 20 day moving average, I like buying it here with a stop below the 20:

I’m also watching cheap stocks break significant technical levels, like [[DCTH]]

I was away for most of the day, but made it back for the last 30 minutes of trading. Within that time, I sold out a number of positions including long term purchases such as Google Inc. [[GOOG]] from under $400. All sells noted on The PPT

The recent rally has been incredible and very good to me. I figure now is a great time to raise a bunch of cash and start with a clean slate. At the moment I only have one position open and that is W&T Offshore, Inc. [[WTI]] , however I did sell a portion of it today.

I will be back tonight with a few screens, till then I will enjoy bathing in my cash.

Gio noted solars are breaking out, and I am seeing the same thing. LDK Solar Co., Ltd. [[LDK]] is my favorite right here, trading right below the 200 & 50 day moving average. It is also displaying a flag pattern, it will BTFO if it trades above the averages!

I’m a fan of DryShips Inc. [[DRYS]] here. Yesterday, I got long with a break in the 200 day moving average, and the stock immediately took off. If you missed it, now is your second chance. The stock pulled back this morning right down to the 200 day moving average.

The play, get long with a stop below the 200 day (6.94).

Inside The PPT there are a number of great traders who shout out ideas. There is one guy in particular that has been on fire the last few months, you guys might know him as Henry fool.

Today, he mentioned Sinovac Biotech Ltd. [[SVA]] . After pulling up there daily chart, I went ahead and bought a few shares. I am anticipating a breakout of this flag pattern, BTFO material right here.
