Although pretty much all oil related stocks are up today. But I like XTO, as I has taken more than its fair share of punishment and the fundamentals now make it cheap.
Bought some more this morning. Not as much as I should have though.
I know it’s heresy but I don’t follow the VIX anymore, and keep looking for a “tell” that I like better. Like Gio says, the old correlations just don’t work anymore. XLF has been a better tell than the VIX for me the last few months.

Mr Feltersnatch… we liked CALM waaay before Cramer, and nailed the immense short selling in that stock and noted that to our readers. But yes, Cramer calls are usually a good sign to take some profits.
