Staring at 2 positions in the portfolio: $FIT and $JUNO.
Trying to decide if $FIT is going to go the way of the $HABT and others that have offered secondaries and this is just a chance to get out pre-flush.
And trying to decide if $JUNO is a good candidate to level off and roll proceeds into a more productive name.
Anyone else in these names? How are you guys looking at them?
Also keeping an eye on $BLMN, behaving well off the lows post-earnings.

I’m up a tiny bit on $FIT here, so I may salvage it (and then watch it rip from the sidelines of course). Otherwise I can envision this turning into one of those trades that accidentally morphs into an investment, and then an anchor. Using $37.50 for a pretty hard stop.

i find it very difficult to rely on technical analysis on these 3x etfs.
Adjusted my buy level for UWTI to $9.68. After checking the options open interest at the USO 14 & 15 strikes, it seems plausible that the algo tests the 8.22 level from last Tuesday on Thursday, 11/5. I am suggesting this as Yellen is being forced to talk up rates. TBT has not been USO’s friend when above the 45 – 46 level. If 9.68 is hit by 2:30pm, I’ll take the trade. Otherwise I will pull my order and look to see if /CL 44.00 level is defended.
Again, this would only be a hedge against my short position. I feel we will be range bound through the December OPEC meeting. If I cannot make my desired profit with a trend down, I will make it within the range.
ANy thoughts on APIC? Chart looks good, it’s a newer IPO, and it’s in the software app space.

This is a honey badger market that doesn’t give a shit about anything potentially negative so took the Constaza approach — was bidding for Nov 38 calls @ .04 and didn’t get filled so I bought more FIT 45 calls
They look the same, the percentages are way, way different though.
April 97 to July 98 was a 62% increase. Then drops 22%, and increases 53% into mid 99.
Those are big percentages. The advance from last year, and the recent drop and snapback are small percentages.

It was 10.1% versus 10.9% in the SPX.

This was all about the corrective process. The percentages were the same.
