We spoke about this ETF a bit at the NYC conference. Compare the holdings of this ETF against the $IBB. There is some relative strength in many of these names, as they have not tracked as much of the range and volatility that other instruments in this sector have had.

Pretend what the stock has done this year is a mini version of that same pattern it had last year. This could see $60 at year end if things continue.

iBC has been trading oil all year and then revenge trading oil all year. If you bet enough times you will become a winner right?

OA – IWM stayed above 115, so that’s a good ting. But today, lead the market indices to the downside by a large margin. You still like the IWM for this week and see today’s move as constructive?

Checking in … Well oil has done all I could hope. So let’s see if we can drop hard, come back to kiss 44.00 and proceed to fall. That is my signal to short with reckless abandon …. ha, weaving in and out of the weekly inventories of course. Unless there is a marked response from CB’s directed at the oil industry, I am anticipating SCO $150. Of course with a leveraged ETF like SCO, the move has to be swift to produce a 70% gain from here say by…. the wednesday before Thanksgiving!!!!??? How about it Blue!
Oil is so wrong that it’s right at this price (43.59)…on board the long side for the Costanza Trade
