Yep, I guessed that. I should have been a bit more specific anyways. Basically, I am holding Jan 55s (from mid December) and, as I hadn’t set any targets prior to getting in (the first rule of working on getting better exits should be to make sure I have an exit in mind when starting the trade…), was wondering whether, given the big run it’s had since my entry, it would be better to get out now or hold until closer to expiration. I guess since nothing is broken in the trade, it is probably best just to let it run…
@jmbekd I’m in the same position. I would see how the retest of the breakout level goes this week. So far looks like it wants to keep going up.

can someone ask about ANF in today’s after hours. The daily volume profile looks amazing along with higher low thanks.
ANF is going to go down tomorrow – could be your buying opportunity but I am pretty sure retail sales where terrible in December.
Plus they don’t sell to fat people and 95% of the population is fat. Just saying.

out of the money expiring the friday of the current week, risk half of normal size, (Position as if the entire premium will go to zero when wrong.)

Here’s an alternate strategy. Plan an exit at 540 with a stop @ 534.50. Saves almost all of today’s gains with a ton of upside.

If you chart the move up this year to the highs, and use fibonacci, its at 50% retracement, if that’s any solace. several recent runners are taking a chop today. SFUN at 50% retrace for its recent move. VJET at 61.8%…so what does that all say???dip buy opportunties or on to the next trade…up to everyone to decide.

simply intraday play based on sentiment chart. I may be wrong about it, but I’ve got risk capital on only. It dropped through the stages, and has somewhat settled at the bottom. And I’m somewhat influenced by seeing a lot of other plays make reversals today, even if not back to the opening price, at least they reversed.
On the other hand, we’ve also seen a lot of breaks higher come back to do a retest…so on the longer timeframe chart, this could roll today and tomorrow into the 1120 range, but my mental stop is at the lows of today.
