I bought shares of LDK at $1.59, and also got back into Set 18 calls on UNXL for .80.
I will also be looking to book a couple positions later today.

OA, I held $AMBA through earnings and sitting on gains. I was about to book my Sept calls when I did the vol profile study and applied your “whoosh zones” theory. I feel like it will shoot up higher because of a vol pocket between its current price of 17.5 to 19.5. However it has already run up quite a bit in the last 2 days post earnings. Do you think the vol pocket theory still applies or do you think the stock could be too exhausted to try another small jump higher?
Great question. Occasionally, a move over earnings is an initiative move, and pushes stocks out of a range. I find this is not the norm, and most stocks consolidate after the pop. This is why I rarely buy options into earnings. Give it 2-3 more days to know for sure.
