Nice. We’ve been long from 2.30 looking to take this to 3.50.
OA, really confused in a good way. Was wondering if you could advise on this. My SBUX Aug 17 calls bumped up by 350% after earnings. Should I hold them or sell them? I would normally book such a big profit but the pattern seems to suggestion stock wants to keep going higher next week. Perhaps cash out 75% of the position and let the remaining ride? Or do you think in this case, the lowering of volatility would bring the option prices way low down on Monday assuming everything else remains constant? So I am better off cashing out whole?
I think you did the right thing…take off a few, leave some on. It will consolidate a few days, but this move looks pretty strong.
