As Expected There is Discord Within the EU Over the Debt Crisis Plans

Comments out of Europe this weekend show just how hard it is to get the EU to agree upon anything, but haute cuisine meetings. Europe needs to release the Kraken on the debt crisis, but instead clash as titans of power often do.
