According to mortgage insurer RDN, business is booming (no double counting in mortgages).
no double counting perhaps, but many of these refis never make it to closing as i understand. so we keep getting downward revisions of previous readings.
hi cronk, the baby and i are going to close today on a super refi this afternoon at 3. she found a program from the dept of treasury that backs the whole thing and tosses 25 k into the mix,dude we are still freaking out over this.
Refi or Loan modification? Big difference as far as credit is concerned…
Never a good idea to learn about the program at the closing table.
p,s, if your bank that holds the note,took tarp loans,then they have no choice in the matter is what we are understanding here. will get all the dope at closing
Hopefully, they’ll be passing it around and the smoke with be so thick, you won’t be able to read what you’re signing.
