He had been doing just fine before, and the other allegations seemed false. The one where Gloria Alred showed up was clearly staged and the 15,000 lie detector came up showing lies for the person making the accusation….
nevertheless, if he stands down after this one, it’s probably because it’s true. It’s not hard to find more and more people to come forward and lie, but at this point it’s the law of diminishing returns. People have already heard the stories, if you say someone else did it after the first few were skeptical, who is going to believe it, and what effect does it have on Cain? Probably less, and less.
On the other hand, if this one is real, it could be like the “boy who cried wolf”.

IMO, he never was serious about trying to become president. I think he wanted to raise his profile, and I expect to see him with a cable show.

If he has cheated so many times, where are the pictures?! There should always be pictures. If you are the cheat, you have pictures because you’re arrogant and think you can get away with it. If you are the one he is cheating on, you keep photos so you have the ability to blackmail or to ensure that you get treated right and don’t get played.
There’s no way this happened. There’s not even a photo suggesting anyone that has come forward has even talked to Cain.
This one however even Cain admits they were friends, so specifically this one wouldn’t be as likely to have pictures, especially if they were at one point “good friends” and something happened.
So the people setting up this story are at least becoming better liars.
this shouldn’t even matter, if it were true or not.
