I usually spend November taking a good look at where things appear to be going, before I get so sugared up on ginger snaps that I become partially comotose. Of course, now that I’m a tabbed blogger I’ll need to conserve those until the official release of the predictions.
However, I thought I’d provide you with a teaser from the 9th floor.
Here’s my early released prediction:
President Obama is going to win reelection and there is nothing you or Mitt Romney can do about it. And the Republicans are in for a brutal drubbing all around.

romney could disavow the whole “that guy over there talks too god everyday” thing and get elected instantly.
I agree
and oil is $160 a barrel
Agreud … his base (yutes) took the day off the last election but won’t make that mistake again.
Ron Paul is coming on strong!
Sorry to say, but he’s the only one I’d vote for over the Big O.
Obama is like the US dollar, he sucks,
but he’s the reserve currency & the other currencies suck worse.
i’ll take the other side of that trade.let it be known, that it will be fugly, and that is 100% certain
From this side of the pond the republican candidates look like a cast from The Apprentice. Is this the best America can offer? Gosh darn it.
Obama will get his ass kicked. The President has been unmasked as the douche. His silver tounge is now lead and no one is buying his bullshit anymore.
The douche bit is dead on, but the country thinks both sides are douches. That doesn’t guarantee Obama’s defeat.
WTF is oil doing over $100?
For quite a while now I’ve envisioned the 2012 election going quite similar to when George W Bush got re-elected. Close election where the country re-elects a man that is largely hated and we have four years for people to say “what the hell were we thinking.”
Bingo. Despite the hype, I’m expecting turnout for this election to be a record low, actually.
Both liberals and conservatives are looking at their candidate(s) going, “why?”
Crazy idea. Maybe countries need to be led by technocrats instead of pandering politicians who prefer to make popular decisions instead of the right decisions.
Bush was not up against 9% unemployment and John Cary was such a dick that people could not stand to see his face. The US people get what’s going on more than you think and they know Obama is a loser.
