I tried to lose money today and failed. I had been down almost 2% at the height of bullish stupidity but instead closed FLAT as markets and the people in it CRESCENDO’d sloppily into vats of grease and lit aflame.
PAX AMERICANA HAS ENDED. THE MARKET WILL BE SHATTERED CROWN TO ROOT. BOTH POLITICAL PARTIES ARE FOREIGN AGENTS ILLEGALLY OCCUPYING AMERICAN CLAY.
The pain has just started.

The RE closing process as we know it today can and will be thankfully be replaced in a couple years. All these losers (county courthouse drones, etc.) with their hands out will be tossed into the street where they belong.
Title should (will) be on the blockchain. No f’ing title insurance scam. Funds will be escrowed in smart contracts. Owners will deal directly with buyers much more easily and at much lower cost.

Bank of England Governor Andrew Bailey advised people, particularly those on higher incomes, not to ask for a pay rise this year.
I wonder if he is getting an increase?
