Wikileaks Reveals CIA’s ‘Marble Framework’, Capable of Disguising Hacks in Foreign Languages

As part of Wikileaks Vault 7 release, they just revealed a top secret CIA project dubbed ‘marble’, which is a program that enables the CIA to hack undetected, by cloaking their whereabouts in foreign languages.

In other words, for example, they could’ve hacked into John Podesta’s email box and made it look like the Russians did it.

Or, the Russians might have similar tech and could make it look like the CIA was trying to make it look like the Russians did it, 4d chess style.

The point is, the so called evidence that has been presented tying Wikileaks to Russia, thus far, is childish. There have been zero actual revelations in that regard, other than some anon spooks promising us, ‘with a high degree of confidence’, that they’re right.

Judging by their recent intelligence work that got us into idiot wars in the Middle East, paint me skeptical about anything short of smoking gun evidence that’s directly ties the Russian government to the hacking claims.

People quickly forget how long it took for attribution of Stuxnet. Stuxnet leveraged zero days that were used in Conficker which was written by criminal groups. And let’s not forget Flame which again took forever for attribution because it included a lot of Lua code which people didn’t think was used by Americans. Both pieces of malware were finally attributed to Equation group (NSA). Point being, attribution is not easy, my teams try to determine attribution on a daily basis of malware we get and we often change our minds. A good malware writer will always use disinformation in their campaigns to hide attribution.

If it’s hard for guys like you, trained pros, to identify malware, it’s an abolsute joke when we hear politicians like Rubio blame Russia for hacking attempts,

He didn’t even know what a VPN was.

The other thing to consider is how guided by the government contracts many of these “Cyber Security” companies are. You only have to look at Root9b and Crowd Strike to see the corruption. Their biases and their desire for egregious government contracts will always guide their attribution. Crowd Strike is notorious for this, bottom line is if you blame the government’s enemy for an attack and talk about how you can help prove it they will naturally gravitate to you for services.

why did they go to Crowdstrike rather than the intelligence agencies to figure out who hacked them? This question is not brought up in the MSM. Could it be that managed response- blame the Russians- was what they wanted all along?

That type of logic means exactly nothing to the “experts” at FBI et. al. because they have agenda; and not so secret agenda to begin with. This is not about justice. This is public assassination.

Sure. But it doesnt hurt when the Soros/Klinton clique along with their buds at the FBI assist him so much with this task.

Early on in this debate, John Macafee was asked what he thought about it. He said that he knew nothing about it, except that if it looked like the Russians did it, the Russians did not do it.

In light of 400 paid agents of the apartheid wing of a foreign power just having met in DC …and all of our most powerful pols going to them to bow and scrape, this Russian freak out is high comedy and testament to the stupidity of the American people.

We are being manipulated the same as illiterate Medieval Europe populous was.
Literate clergy interpreting the Bible for them and using it to subjugate the people. Attribution of supposed global warming and cyber attacks is beyond the understanding of the vast majority, yet it is being used to exercise control and gain power over the people.

With all the focus on what is daid in the MSM, very little intellectual cpaital is spent on thinking about what is not being discussed in the MSM.

One of the key takeaways for me from the Presidents address to both houses of congress was his statement that My job is not to represent the world. My job is to represent the United States of America.

America is an unintended Empire founded as a republic on a non interventionist anti imperialistic structure and intent. Today the nation is responsible for 25% of global GDP and reaches economically into all corners of the globe. Like it or not the Presidents position in global affairs is one of leadership. To pullback from regions- either economically/militarily will leave vacuums in its place.

The war mongering and red scare tactics currently in full voice may well be an effort to force the issue of foreign policy upon the President. Empire creates an ambition for money and power. The globalists want more empire and more imperialism- not less. An inwardly looking domestic policy focused president may play well on a Tuesday night in the elk lodge in Peoria but in the corridors of power this must be an unsettling agenda. The elites want to dictate/control the foreign policy that helps create wealth and power for their benefit.

My view is that the power elite don’t see Trump as having the guile, cunning, or wit to to be able to carry out delicate foreign policy relations. The belief- which I hold as well – is that Trump doesn’t have the character emotionally or intellectually to be able to wield the power of the presidents office in the global arena. The president today is in office when all over the globe turmoil is building towards a crescendo. This man is not a Lincoln,an FDR,or a Reagan- they were strong presidents able to manage public opinion while doing what was necessary behind the scenes without having the public reject them. Trump lacks this subtle approach to create the illusion and execute the plan. He may be right when he boasts I am a jobs president- but that isn’t enough imo.
