Cash is now at 20%.

Rare Earth Play??? Interesting. China could give energy play stimulus? or Japan just needs to set up other sources of rare earth materials if that Bitch Slap Fest over the Islands continue with China? Or Eur/USD could rally up…nope..don’t see that. But Interesting one.
