How’s My Algorithm Now, Fuckface?

Had you heeded the Godly advice of The PPT, you would have made coin in about 90% of the OVERSOLD signals, over the past two and a half years. The number of signals is in the dozens and the results have been nothing short of staggering. Going with that theme, you are now cash heavy, considering the OVERBOUGHT signal is in place. However, as told before, the accuracy of the OS is exact and without negotiation, while the OB signal is more of a warning sign. This is the case because we are in a bull market. As time progresses and the United Steaks of America delves into a fucked up post apocalypse society, I am sure the OB’s will be saving the skins of many of you cellar dwellers reading this scripture right now.

Silver has exploded to the upside, depositing coin into my current accounts, via EXK. I am saddened to see TZOO go apeshit to the upside without me. I always knew it would do that. But, I am pleased to be positioned on the other side of the cock-gobblers at Barron’s. After the bell, the CEO of GORO said they are expecting RECORD revenues from operations. Tomorrow should be interesting.

As for me, I shall visit the Smithsonian tomorrow, then venture off into Amish country, PA, where I will blend in with the rest of the mennonites and beat horses to death with whips and create fucked up furniture with me bare hands. Upon buying my furniture, a time bomb will initiate and detonate, once placed inside of your fucking bullshit house.

After all of that shit, I will head back to New York, so that I can spend more money on 3 star rated (Michelin) restaurants with Mrs. Fly.  Oh, in case you were wondering, yes, she dragged me into Pentagon City Mall, where I spent a gratuitous g on a variety of exotic lotions, perfumes and “must have” accessories to accompany a few choice garments. One day “The Fly” will donate all of Mrs. Fly’s belongings to charity, while she is in the shower, much to her decadent chagrin.

Hello Neighbor Fly. I am glad you are having a nice trip and I hope Steve, Jr. is behaving.
Well, I have some news on your house which I have been watching from my outpost on my roof. No matter what you may have read in The Washington Post I have taken control of the situation. I am not sure how your other neighbor, Old Man DeLuca, got a key to your house but he put your house up for sale as soon as you left. I was a little suspicious when I saw a DeLuca and Sons Realty sign on the front lawn. Apparently his cousin is a realtor. The bad news is that a lovely family from Queens bought the house when DeLuca marked it down 50% from fair market value. I am sure the attorneys can straighten it out and I have contacted super lawyer Jose Baez of Casey Anthony fame to represent you (I hope that was okay-I had to work fast). Did you know he is related to Joan Baez via a sperm bank in Havana?
And the contractor will be done soon replacing the big window in the front. Apparently a couple of your illegal Mexican gardeners got a little excited (I think it was Juan and Carlos) celebrating the 4th and tossed some firecrackers into the window. I believe it was them because I found a bunch of empty bottles of Dos Equis up on your roof.
Don’t worry. I have it all under control.

MADRID (MarketWatch) — European stocks fell Wednesday, led by banks after Moody’s Investors Service downgraded Portugal’s credit rating four notches to below investment grade and investors absorbed a hike in Chinese interest rates.

The Stoxx Europe 600 index /quotes/zigman/2380150 XX:SXXP -0.52% fell 0.4% to 274.60 in early afternoon trading. The index gained 0.03% in the prior session, which marked a seven-session winning streak.

Click to Play Markets Hub: Greece looms largeThe Greek story is far from being over, with the newest detail emerging via ratings agencies who warn of selective defaults.

U.S. stock futures pointed to a lower open for Wall Street. Futures added to losses after the People’s Bank of China hiked interest rates by 0.25 percentage point. Read more on Indications

That added to jitters in the market spurred by more worries on the sovereign debt front.

After the close of European trading on Tuesday, Moody’s cut Portugal’s rating to Ba2, two notches into junk status, and assigned it a negative outlook.

The agency cited growing risk that Portugal may need another round of official financing amid the growing likelihood it won’t be able to get access to capital markets in the second half of 2013 and for some time afterward.

    Portugal’s PSI 20 index fell 2.3% to 7,179.95, with heavy losses for financials. Banco Comercial Portugues SA /quotes/zigman/176370 PT:MBC -5.58% fell 6%, Banco BPI SA /quotes/zigman/176412 PT:BPI -3.57% dropped 4.2%, Banco Espirito Santo SA /quotes/zigman/176506 PT:BES -3.53% fell 4% and Banif SGPS SA /quotes/zigman/1470060 PT:BNF -4.63% sank 5.3%.

    Spain’s IBEX 35 index /quotes/zigman/2759618 XX:IBEX -1.72% fell 1.2% to 10,205.20. Banks including BBVA SA /quotes/zigman/226853 ES:BBVA -3.18% /quotes/zigman/254684/quotes/nls/bbva BBVA -4.30% , Banco Santander SA /quotes/zigman/188106/quotes/nls/std STD -3.38% /quotes/zigman/205154 ES:SAN -2.93% and Banco Popular Espanol SA /quotes/zigman/382808 ES:POP -3.49% own Portuguese banks and hold part of the country’s sovereign debt.

    Shares of Banco Santander SA /quotes/zigman/188106/quotes/nls/std STD -3.38% /quotes/zigman/205154 ES:SAN -2.93% and BBVA SA /quotes/zigman/226853 ES:BBVA -3.18% /quotes/zigman/254684/quotes/nls/bbva BBVA -4.30% slumped 2.8%. Shares of Banco Popular fell 3.2%.

“[The Moody’s downgrade] has huge implications not only for the existing debt, but for Portugal’s ability to access future financing,” said Duarte Caldas, an analyst with IG Markets in Lisbon, who expects other main ratings agencies will follow.

On Monday, Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services said proposals by French banks to roll over some of their Greek debt would put the country in “selective default.” Media reports said major euro-zone banks are meeting Wednesday in Paris to figure out how investors will participate in a restructuring of Greek sovereign debt.

Caldas said he would stay out of stock markets especially for July and August: “There’s no need for you to be invested with all the risks there are. We’re not only talking about Greek debt, but the European periphery situation and purchasing managers indexes have also hit minimums.”

Other observers say the markets have likely taken into account the bulk of sovereign-debt issues.

“Problems in Greece, Portugal and Ireland are further to be expected and therefore priced into markets in my view,” said Christoph Riniker, head of strategy research at Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd.

“Problems would arise with a contagion to Spain and Italy, which we currently do not expect,” he said.

Italian stocks were under pressure Wednesday, with the FTSE MIB index down 2%. Shares of UniCredit SpA /quotes/zigman/172005 IT:UCG -6.26% sank 5%.

Across the broader markets, the German DAX 30 index /quotes/zigman/2380246 DX:DAX -0.40% dropped 0.3% to 7,417.06, weighed by banks. Shares of Deutsche Bank AG /quotes/zigman/207036 DE:DBK -2.19% /quotes/zigman/207002/quotes/nls/db DB -2.44% dropped 1% and Commerzbank AG /quotes/zigman/144405 DE:CBK -3.08% fell 1.3%.

The index was supported by industrial conglomerate Siemens AG /quotes/zigman/206549 DE:SIE +0.12% /quotes/zigman/279102/quotes/nls/si SI -0.51% , which rose 1%.

    In Paris, the CAC 40 index /quotes/zigman/3173214 FR:PX1 -0.68% was flat at 3,978.04, with Credit Agricole SA /quotes/zigman/295440 FR:ACA -3.41% down 3.4% and Societe Generale SA /quotes/zigman/167380 FR:GLE -1.63% off 1.8%. BNP Paribas SA /quotes/zigman/132276 FR:BNP -1.18% fell 1.3%.

The FTSE 100 index /quotes/zigman/3173262 UK:UKX -0.70% fell 0.6% to 5,989.81, echoing the theme seen across Europe of weaker financials. Shares of Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC /quotes/zigman/530544/quotes/nls/rbs RBS -3.66% /quotes/zigman/155978 UK:RBS -4.16% slipped 2.7% and Barclays PLC /quotes/zigman/152323/quotes/nls/bcs BCS -4.30% /quotes/zigman/301787 UK:BARC -4.07% fell 2.5%.

Miners were also under pressure, and losses picked up after the China rate hike. Shares of Kazakhmys PLC /quotes/zigman/391399 UK:KAZ -1.95% fell 1.7% and Eurasian Natural Resources Corp. /quotes/zigman/492222 UK:ENRC -1.90% lost 1.7% as well. Fresnillo PLC /quotes/zigman/510593 UK:FRES -0.57% fell 1.5%.

Because China is a big user of natural resources, mining stocks are especially sensitive to any moves by the government to slow its economic growth.
