Schweeet ! I’ll put in a buy program for all the above stocks (on 2ble margin) & ride them into the q1 ending markup parade.
Merci Bowcups.

I’ve never made any money in MU. They’ve been slowly dying for years. That is dieing for those of you with spelling problems.
Looks like Geithner’s speech on bailout plan is being moved to Tuesday…
http://online.wsj.com/article/SB123404707960860295.html
Interesting how “new lows tomorrow” is made fun of, but double down for the q1 rally to 1100 is seen as perfectly sensible.
No Bailout for you!
poetry session:
purchase versus pooling
purchase versus pooling
the former, equity replaced
marked to market takes precedence
impressive, not quite
pooling, i say! pooling pooling.

What’s it going to be boy’s and girls
SRS or SSO ?
That is the question, indeud. Market reaction to Geitner postponement may be a tell.
Yep; cry wolf too many times and…
On the stocks; watch the earnings dates. Many report in the next 1-3 weeks.
thanks alto
They’re postponing the Geithner speech because they want to see what the market does to a package Krugman is calling “very, very bad” – not that Geithner, for his part, knew what to say in the first place.
They are clearly going back to Clinton-style governance – less ideology, more polling.
So let’s see which way the wind blows tomorrow…
Zombie gets double the grief; he’d better get double the rewards. “Must.. Eat.. BRAINS”
[chew, chew, chew.. burp]
Mr. KC:
Monday:
– Market open to end of brunch, SRS,
– Post brunch nap to 2pm, SSO,
– 2:01 to 2:30 Ken Lewis sees his own shadow, market selloff, SRS +$3,
– 2:31 to 3:00 Jeff Immelt claims he was holding GE growth chart upside down before, affirms dividend, rally monkey escapes cage, SSO,
– 3:01 to market close, standard market fuckery, SRS and SSO both down.
Tuesday thru Friday:
– Variations on the above theme.
Hope that helps.
Well anyways – in the land of fundamental analysis, anything is possible here’s a hint
A key Obama administration official said Sunday that new, soon-to-be-announced financial measures by the Treasury will include creating incentives for the private sector to invest in troubled banks.”It can’t all be private capital, but with the right kinds of government guarantees and the right kinds of financing, strategic approaches, [Treasury Secretary Timothy] Geithner believes we can bring in substantial private capital,” said Obama’s chief economic advisor Lawrence Summers on Fox News Sunday.
The rest of the article is the same but, it looks like there may be a limit to how much the US Gov’t is going to be willing to bail out the banks…
But here’s my question – exactly how much “private interest” is going to be interested in banks?
If the market is a tell… it looks like they may end up waiting a while for investors.
Options expirations are on Friday. That will overshadow the size of any package, particularly in the banks.
next friday
